Took over 2 hours to arrive, 50 minutes late. I think they forgot my order. Didn't seem particularly apologetic either. Then my wife's dish she ordered Mai Fun chicken, had no chicken in it! The food is lovely but really poor customer service.

We use the wok star regularly but usually collect. When placing the order it stated food would come in an hour.... this turned out to be 2 hours

Really quick delivery, however, the chicken curry contained vegetables which we asked to be taken out on the order. The restaurant did offer to send new one but they couldn’t guarantee when it would arrive as they had a lack of drivers. Their plain noodles have also changed and now seem to contain bean sprouts - there used to be the option to remove them. The egg fried rice recipe also seems to have changed.

Out of 3 dishes, 2 were great. The duck however was mostly fat and coating. We ordered at 7, estimated time for delivery was 7.45. Food arrived at 8.25 after 2 calls chasing and unfortunately was pretty cold.

Had a bad experience here many years ago so made an effort to avoid and use other take aways. I've tried a few different dishes from here recently over the last several weeks and I've been more than happy with portion sizes, good sized prawns, chunks of chicken and the added seasoned veg with many of the starters This is now one of if not my favourite take away Chinese in Worcester

Good food, my go to Chinese take-away. However this time, very poor service. 1 hour 50 minutes for my order to arrive. No warning to let me know through out the process and certainly not apologetic when I had to ring and ask for my order!!
